Many people think that birth is a very complicate process, that should be controlled and monitored all the time. Just in case something bad is going to happen.

Actually, birth is a very complicate process, like ALL the processes in our body. But we are not monitoring our breathing system every second, just in case something goes wrong. We simply breath, until REAL problem appears.

Thats why I started to talk to people, to teach, to explain how the system works. The understanding of HOW – makes things easier, it helps you to see the cause and the consequence. You can try those schemes Before the Big Day, learn how and what works better for you.
